The catalog is constantly changing! We update the posted 'on-line' catalog two to three times a week. This means thousands of titles are added and thousands are deleted each week.

Are stocked in quantity and ready for delivery. These titles will normally ship in 1-2 business days after receiving your order.
Items listed with a status of
'Currently Available'
'Available in 3 - 5 days'
'New Release'
indicates that the piece is a low stock item and may be out
the day your order is placed. In most cases, these titles will be re-stocked in our
warehouse within 1-4 business days. These titles will normally ship in 2-5 business days after receiving your order.
Items listed with a status of
'Coming Soon'
have been included in our database to give you an idea of when new titles are scheduled to be released.
You can order these titles, but
will not receive them until they are released by the
label. Please note these dates are subject to change!
Items listed with a status of
'Special Order'
These titles are generally available
to us in 1-3 weeks, unless we find that they are out of print. If you have any questions regarding Special Order titles, please e-mail us.
To select an item and put it in your 'shopping cart': just click 'add to your list'. This will create a page to hold all of the items that you pick.
When you are through shopping you can remove items from this list if you choose. If everything looks good, click on the submit order button.

Shipping and Handling Methods & Rates
US Mail is the default and preferred shipping method.
We reserve the right to upgrade to Insured US Mail depending on the value and destination of your order. Rates start at $2.79 for one standard CD. You will be quoted an estimated shipping rate once you proceed to the 'Check Out' page.
US Priority Mail is recommended to our customers for orders of 3 or more CDs. We reserve the right to upgrade to Insured US Priority depending on the value and destination of your order. Rates start at $4.95 for up to 4 standard CDs.

International
For orders outside the U.S., we ship via Standard Airmail, Global Priority Mail and Registered Mail. Accurate rates are ONLY calculated after we receive your order. You'll be notified by e-mail of any adjustments. We make sure that you receive the best rate available, depending on your location and the value of your order.
PLEASE NOTE: You are also responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duties imposed by your local government. Also, if you live in a country where insurance is not available, you must assume all risk if your package is lost.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY AND PROCEDURE
1. General
To process your returns efficiently and to refund or credit you we require that you contact us in advance of sending any items back to us. This will allow us to allocate a returns number so that when we receive goods back from you we can process them more quickly. Please contact us by email, where possible, at shoptalk@ab-cd.com or by phone to Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm
2. What items can be returned?
You can return any items which are faulty or do not meet the description of the product on our web site for a full refund. Unwanted items for any other reason, excluding imports, can only be returned for credit. All vinyl sales are final. All items must be returned within 21 days of purchase. No items will be accepted after this time. We can not accept import titles unless they are faulty or do not meet the description on our web site. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note: Import titles include products from the EEC (including England, Holland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Scandinavia, etc), Australia and Japan.
Any items returned must be returned complete - ie with any covers, artwork, stickers, etc that they came with. When returning Japanese items please note we must have the "OBI" - the piece of paper around the outside of the CD included. We can not accept Japanese CDs without this.
3. How you will be refunded/credited
If you paid by credit card we can only refund you on that card. If you live in the US and you paid by cash or money order we will refund you by check. If you live outside the US and paid by cash, check or money order, we will credit your AB-CD account. Exceptions to this are stated above.
4. How to return items
a) Email or 'phone us (see 1 above) for a returns number.
b) We will email you back with the returns number and this must be included with the items you send back to us with a letter of explanation as to why you are sending goods back to us. Please indicate if you wish a replacement item or refund/credit to your account.
c) Send the goods back to us at the address below. Please note that we are not responsible for packages not received - please send your items back by recorded delivery with insurance if necessary.
d) As soon as we receive your returns we will refund you per 3 above.
We will refund you postage charges only if we shipped the title to you in error. Please ensure that you pack any returns well and we suggest you use recorded delivery. You MUST pay postage to return items before mailing them to us.
